خوشبختانه خبرها حاکی از آن است که مشکل ارزیابی مدارک پزشکان ایرانی در کانادا و آمریکا حل شده است. دلیل مشکل ابلاغیه وزارت خزانه داری آمریکا مستند به مقررات تحریم علیه ایران بود که گفته می شود این وزارتخانه از موضع خود عقب نشسته است. بنابراین مانعی برای ارزیابی مدارک پزشکان ایرانی وجود ندارد.

Update: Verification of Iranian medical credentials
ECFMG, our source verification provider, has resumed the processing of requests for verification of medical credentials issued by educational, health care, and medical registration/licensing institutions in Iran. As previously announced by both MCC and ECFMG, ECFMG was not processing such requests, pending clarification of restrictions of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. On June 5, ECFMG was advised by OFAC officials that it is permitted to engage in verification activities for medical credentials issued in Iran.
Requests from candidates currently living in Iran are also being processed.
What this means for candidates
ECFMG has confirmed that any verification requests received from Iranian issuing institutions, even those received during the interim period where ECFMG was not processing these requests, are now being processed.
The sending of verification requests and resending of requests (to institutions that have not responded to the initial request) have resumed.
Any candidate who was waiting to submit a source verification request until this situation was resolved, can now submit a request through their physiciansapply.ca account. Any candidates requiring more information are encouraged to contact the MCC Service Desk.
