گواهی احراز صلاحیت کشور کانادا ثابت می‌کند که فرد شرایط کار در یک تخصص فنی را دارد
در 8 سپتامبر 2023، اداره مهاجرت لیست مشاغل فنی واجد شرایط برای گواهینامه‌های احراز صلاحیت یا همان تاییدیه حرفه‌ای (Certificate Of Qualification) اکسپرس انتری را به طور رسمی به روز کرد. اکنون، این لیست در مجموع 101 شغل دارد.
موضوع قابل توجه در این مورد این است که نیازی به سابقه کار قبلی در هیچ یک از این مشاغل نیست و متقاضی فقط باید گواهی احراز صلاحیت یکی از این 101 شغل را دریافت کند.
داشتن گواهی احراز صلاحیت تا 50 امتیاز در سیستم جامع امتیازبندی (CRS) به امتیاز فرد اضافه می‌کند. برای دریافت این امتیاز اضافی، نیازی به پیشنهاد شغلی از سوی یک کارفرمای کانادایی نیست.
بنابراین اگر در داخل کانادا هستید و پروفایل اکسپرس انتری ثبت کرده‌اید یا قصد ایجاد آن را دارید، دریافت این گواهی در مشاغل فنی را پیشنهاد کنیم.
پس از اینکه در یکی از این مشاغل فنی ماهر شدید، می‌توانید در امتحان دریافت گواهی احراز صلاحیت یکی از استان‌های کانادا شرکت کنید.
پس از اعلام برگزاری انتخاب‌های دسته بندی‌محور، احتمال زیادی وجود دارد که انتخاب اکسپرس انتری برای مشاغل حوزه حمل و نقل و/یا فنی برگزار شود.
برای دریافت امتیاز در سیستم جامع رتبه‌بندی (CRS) برای گواهی احراز صلاحیت در یک شغل فنی، گواهی باید توسط نهاد حاکم استان یا منطقه برای مشاغل صادر شود.
گواهی احراز صلاحیت (Certificate Of Qualification) چیست؟
گواهی احراز صلاحیت ثابت می‌کند که تبعه خارجی در کشور کانادا شرایط کار در یک تخصص فنی را دارد. دارندگان گواهی یک آزمون را گذرانده و تمام شرایط لازم برای انجام تخصص خود را در آن استان خاص دارند. گواهینامه توسط ارگانی از استان یا توسط یک مقام دولتی فدرال صادر می‌شود.
چگونه گواهی احراز صلاحیت کانادا را دریافت کنیم؟
در کانادا، هر استان یا منطقه‌ای فرآیند و الزامات خاص خود را برای صدور گواهینامه احراز صلاحیت دارد. سازمان نظارتی که مدیریت تخصص متقاضی در استان انتخابی را بر عهده دارد، باید مهارت‌ها، تجربه فنی و آموزشی فرد را ارزیابی کند و تعیین کند که آیا این فرد واجد شرایط آزمون دریافت گواهینامه هست یا خیر.
احتمالاً برای آزمون گواهینامه نیاز باشد که حضوری به استان یا منطقه سفر کرد. علاوه بر این، ممکن است نیاز باشد که یک کارفرما متقاضی را آموزش داده و تجربه کاری در اختیار وی قرار دهد.

متقاضیان چه شرایطی باید داشته باشند؟
لازم به توضیح است که داشتن پیشنهاد شغلی معتبر از حداکثر دو کارفرما در کانادا برای شغلی دائم و تمام وقت همراه با حقوق (حداقل ۳۰ ساعت در هفته) برای حداقل یک سال یا داشتن یک گواهی احراز صلاحیت یا همان تاییدیه حرفه‌ای (Certificate Of Qualification) از یک سازمان استانی در برنامه نیروی متخصص فنی فدرال (FSTP)لازم است.
